This is a straightforward, hands-on role where you will help manage inventory, prep orders for shipping, and keep the facility organized. If you enjoy staying active and working in a team environment with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving & Unloading: Unload incoming shipments, verify manifest accuracy, and inspect goods for any damage.Picking & Packing: Use RF scanners or pick-lists to pull items from shelves and pack them securely for shipment.Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and stock replenishment to ensure our system matches the physical shelf.Shipping & Loading: Wrap pallets, label boxes accurately, and load outbound trucks efficiently.Facility Upkeep: Keep aisles clear of debris (shrink wrap, pallets, cardboard) to maintain a safe and productive environment.Required QualificationsExperience: Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred (but we are willing to train the right person).Physical Requirements: Ability to walk/stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Tech Savvy: Familiarity with RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a major plus.Safety Mindset: Knowledge of pallet jack operation; Forklift Certification is a significant advantage (and may lead to higher pay).Reliability: A track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.Benefits of working with PrideStaff:Medical, Rx, and Wellness BenefitsDental and Vision Plan OptionsShort-term Disability401(k) Retirement PlanHoliday PayJoin Us.PrideStaff Company OverviewPrideStaff is dedicated to helping you succeed!
