Role: Salesforce & Data Systems Consultant
Location: 100% remote

Duration: Open-ended contract (Could be a temp-to-hire role if the partnership grows)

Robert Half is seeking a Salesforce Administrator / CRM & Data Systems Analyst for a mission-driven non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families access housing, financial assistance, and critical community resources. This is a highly visible role responsible for serving as the primary owner of the organization's Salesforce environment, ensuring data integrity, system reliability, security, and reporting accuracy.

Key experience we're looking for:

• Proven experience serving as the primary administrator and owner of a Salesforce environment, including user support, workflow management, reporting, and system administration.
• Strong background in data management, reporting, and analytics, with the ability to maintain data integrity, support grant reporting, and deliver meaningful business insights.
• Experience troubleshooting Salesforce and integrated business applications, with exposure to Zapier, Formstack, and Tableau considered a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes, improve workflows, and recommend enhancements while balancing security, compliance, and operational needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of supporting non-technical users and serving as a trusted resource across an organization.
• Self-directed, solutions-oriented professional who can work independently, take ownership of critical systems, and thrive in a mission-driven environment focused on community impact.
