The core responsibilites of this role include:Efficiently pick customer orders or shipment insuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Load unload move stock and stage products and materials 80% of specified shift. Pull and prepare the product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of products is loaded. Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy. Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards. Verify load accuracy; check the load count stability and product damage report variances as necessary Ability to cross train on many functions of the warehouse.
Position: Third (3rd) Shift Order Filler Picker
Shift: Monday - Thursday 11:00PM to 9:00AM
Pay: $20.45 Plus $1.50 shiff differential
Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for monthly performance and safety incentive bonuses!
The position is a combination of equipment operator (30-90% depending on production peak times) but will also require the employee to perform material handling case picking and loading/unloading duties.
In addition to the general job description below the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience Production Manufacturing Warehouse General Labor Forklift Quality Control Material Handler Case Picking Loader / Unloader Equipment Operator Reach truck Dock Stocker.

Role Purpose :
Responsible for safe secure and accurate filling of customer orders. Replenish or pick product with direction from pick sheets or hand held computer. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves to fill the order.
