Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of collision repair/body shop experience required
- I-CAR certifications are a plus
- Strong knowledge of vehicle disassembly, repair planning, and collision repair procedures
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
Responsibilities
- Perform complete vehicle disassembly to assist in creating accurate and thorough repair plans
- Identify all damage and necessary repairs to minimize supplements and improve repair efficiency
- Follow repair orders and manufacturer guidelines throughout the repair process
- Complete structural and non-structural repairs to industry standards
- Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Test drive vehicles as needed to verify repairs
- Prepare completed vehicles for customer delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
