The links is hiring:   Bartenders / Food Runners / Hosts / Servers / Dishwashers - pay varies per position - please state which position you are currently applying for.

Bartenders -  Lake Elsinore - Pay range  $18–$21/hour base, plus eligible tips

Role summary : Prepare and serve drinks while giving guests attentive, responsible service in the lounge and dining room. Key responsibilities:  Make cocktails, beer and wine orders accurately and consistently; follow recipes, portion standards and presentation guidelines. / Check identification and follow alcohol service rules and Blackburn policies. / Keep the bar stocked, clean and ready for service; complete opening and closing work. / Handle orders and payments accurately and communicate with servers, runners and kitchen staff. / Explain drink and food offerings, make thoughtful recommendations and address guest concerns promptly. Qualifications and availability: Experience in a busy bar or full service restaurant preferred. / Comfortable with cocktail preparation, POS use, cash handling and guest service. / Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled./ Complete required food handler and responsible beverage service training before independently performing applicable duties.

Food runners -  Pay range  $17.50–$19/hour base; tip eligibility depends on policy 

Role Summary :  Move finished dishes from expo to guests accurately and promptly, supporting smooth service.

Key responsibilities: Check table numbers, seat positions, modifiers and completeness before delivery. / Deliver food promptly and describe dishes clearly when needed. / Communicate missing items, allergy flags and guest requests to expo or servers. / Help stock service supplies, clear and reset tables, and keep the pass organized. / Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices. Qualifications and availability : Able to stay organized and move safely through a busy dining room. / Clear communication and attention to order details required. / Restaurant experience helpful but not required. / Complete required food handler training.

Hosts -  Pay range $17.50–$19.50/hour base; tip eligibility depends on policy

Role summary - Create a welcoming first and last impression and manage the flow of guests into the dining room. Key responsibilities: Greet guests, manage the waitlist and reservations, and provide accurate wait estimates. / Seat parties thoughtfully while balancing server sections and kitchen pace. / Answer phones and basic questions about hours, menu and accessibility./ Communicate special occasions, seating needs and guest concerns to the team. / Keep the entry, host stand and menus clean and organized. Qualifications and availability : Warm, clear communication and strong organization required. / Comfortable using reservation or waitlist tools and handling multiple arrivals at once. / Restaurant or guest service experience preferred. / Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Servers -  Pay range $17.40–$19/hour base, plus eligible tips

Role summary - Guide guests through a friendly, accurate meal service from greeting through payment. Key responsibilities :  Learn the menu, ingredients, allergens, specials and beverage offerings; communicate guest questions to the kitchen. / Take and enter orders accurately, pace courses and check back with guests. / Coordinate with the bar, expo and food runners to deliver complete orders. / Process checks and payments accurately and assist with guest concerns. / Reset tables and maintain a clean, stocked dining room throughout the shift. Qualifications and availability : Restaurant service experience preferred; strong communication and attention to detail required. / Able to learn menu details and use a POS system. / Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled. / Complete required food handler training and any applicable beverage service training.

Dishwashers - Pay range $17.50–$20/hour base

Role summary :  Keep dishes, cookware and kitchen work areas clean, sanitary and ready for service. Key responsibilities :  Wash, sanitize and store dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware properly. / Operate and check the dish machine according to posted procedures. / Keep the dish area, drains and surrounding floors clean and organized. / Handle trash and recycling, assist with cleaning tasks and restock clean wares. / Communicate broken equipment, chemical concerns and shortages promptly. Qualifications and availability: Reliable attendance and ability to maintain pace during busy service required. / Able to follow cleaning, chemical handling and safety instructions. / Restaurant experience helpful but not required. / Complete required food handler training if assigned food handling duties. Work setting
